Conference goal was to analyse the problem of contraband of excisable goods and discuss measures to reduce it. During the event the Lithuanian Free Market Institute presented the findings of the research conducted during the implementation of the project on contraband reduction and policy solutions formulated based on the research.
The audience comprised approximately 100 participants, including members of parliament, high-ranking government officials, ministry executives, leading business people and representatives of major business associations, international institutions, academia and mass media.
